Bruno is responsible for the business advisory area of the firm (including tax, corporate and contractual law). With initial training in the big-four, he has extensive knowledge of direct taxes, international transactions, and various planning (including structural, property, and succession). Graduated from PUC/SP, with specialization, extension, and post-graduation in Tax Law from COGEAE, International Tax Law from IBDT and ITC – Leiden University, and Corporate Law from FGV.
